Modern Disney Princesses

Chilean illustrator & concept artist, Fernanda Suarez, is a beautiful digital painter, with even more beautiful takes on the treasured Disney princesses of old. Everything from the tastefully crafted backdrops to the piercing looks in all their eyes, are expertly drawn. Even the artful shading in a “used-to-be-my-dads” denim jacket. Click the pic to see a gallery of her work so far, and hit up her Patreon here, where you can find links to all her other socials. Because you might as well check out one artist’s tumblr, rather than 9 princess’s.

#AltDisney

Some might say that the Disney stories of our youth are old tales that belong in the past. Well graphic designer and illustrator,
Tom Ward, has created a series of images to show the world exactly why…it may be a good thing if they weren’t brought up to date.

Celebrities with younger versions of themselves

Celebrities are in the public eye on such a continual basis, you may never appreciate where they came from compared to where they end up. So take a moment to appreciate how time has ravaged their features by either clicking the picture or right here.

Finding Emo
An insufferable teenage fish runs away from home. His father contemplates searching for him.

Artist Austin Light, has made a whole bunch of illustrations completely turning the film industry on its head. Or he was a little lazy during spelling class. One of the two.

Pokémon Onesies

Canadian artist Randy a.k.a ItsBirdy has drawn a series of pictures that make you go “aww” over their cuteness, then “aww” in depression when you realise it doesn’t exist in real life and may never exist. These are primary stage pokemon wearing onesies of their final evolutions – it’s one part adorable, one part inspirational and ninety-eight parts ‘why aren’t we funding this’. ItsBirdy’s art style is soft, yet playfully sharp, and that doesn’t just apply to his series of ultimate longjohns, you can see it across his entire DeviantArt and Instagram. And while you’re at it, you may as well check out his Youtube and Twitch channels where he occasionally does more drawing stuff. Maybe there’ll be more onesies? I mean, the series ended like 3 years ago so probably not but who knows!

Then we can all forget that this is essentially the pokemon equivalent of wearing a full body skin suit of your dad.
